What to expect when you study with us

Designed around irregular schedules

All sessions are recorded and accessible at any time. If a week is difficult, the material stays available. The courses are built for working professionals, not full-time students.

Sequenced, purposeful content

Each week builds directly on the previous one. There is no filler, no redundant revision modules — only what you need to move forward, in an order that makes conceptual sense.

Office hours, not chatbots

Weekly office hours provide a space to bring genuine questions to a person. Feedback on assessments is written individually, not generated from a rubric alone.

Assessments that produce something tangible

Projects are designed so that you end up with work you can refer to — a notebook, a written analysis, a working model. Not exercises that disappear after submission.

Clear prerequisites stated upfront

Each course lists what prior knowledge is expected. If you are unsure whether a programme fits your background, we would rather you ask before enrolling than discover a mismatch partway through.

Transparent, fixed pricing in Ringgit

Course fees are stated clearly in MYR with no hidden enrolment charges. The fee covers all materials, recorded sessions, and office hour access for the duration of the course.

// Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a mathematics background to take the ML Foundations course?
The course includes refreshers on linear algebra and probability, so you do not need to arrive with those fully in hand. Some comfort with programming and basic algebra helps. If you are uncertain, contact us and we can have a brief conversation about your background.
How much time per week should I set aside?
For the Foundations course, most participants find six to eight hours a week is enough to follow the material and complete assessments. The Applied Python course is somewhat more hands-on and may need slightly more coding time. The two-week research reading course is designed around two focused sessions.
Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?
Sessions are recorded and made available shortly after each release. Weekly office hours are live and give you a chance to ask questions in real time. If your schedule does not permit live attendance, you can submit questions in advance and receive a written response.
What is the refund or withdrawal policy?
We ask that you contact us within the first seven days of the course start date if you feel the course is not a suitable fit. After that period, we will consider each case on its circumstances. Full details are available in our Terms and Conditions.
Is there a certificate upon completion?
Participants who complete the course receive a completion record from Cendekia. We have chosen not to position this as an accredited qualification — the focus is on the quality of what you learn and the work you produce, rather than on a credential.
Can I take more than one course at the same time?
It is possible, though we would encourage some caution if you are also managing a full-time role. The Foundations and Applied Python courses have some conceptual overlap, and most learners find it more useful to complete one before beginning the other.
How is my personal data handled?
Enrolment information is used only for course administration and communication directly related to your course. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
