These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the courses, website, and related services provided by Cendekia ("we", "us", "our"), a company operating from 76 Jalan Pinang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

By submitting an enquiry, completing enrolment, or accessing any course material, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with enrolment.

Our courses are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Each course lists suggested prior experience or familiarity. These are provided to help you make an informed decision about fit, not as formal admission requirements. We encourage you to read course descriptions carefully and contact us if you are uncertain whether a course suits your current level.

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Cendekia sent to the email address you provide. A place in a cohort is not secured until both conditions are met.

We reserve the right to limit enrolment numbers to maintain the quality of the learning environment. Submission of an enquiry or payment does not constitute a binding enrolment until you receive our written confirmation.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided during enrolment are accurate. Course communications, recorded session links, and assessment feedback will be sent to the registered email address.

Course fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Fees are payable in full prior to the start of each cohort unless a specific payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

We accept payment via the methods listed on our website or communicated during the enrolment process. Receipts are issued upon confirmation of payment.

We do not store payment card details. All payment transactions are handled by our payment processing partners, who are subject to their own terms and security standards.

We understand that circumstances can change. Our policy is intended to be fair to both learners and to the cohort as a whole.

• More than 14 days before cohort start: A full refund will be issued, less any payment processing fees.
• 7 to 14 days before cohort start: A 50% refund will be issued, or you may transfer your enrolment to a future cohort of the same course at no additional cost.
• Fewer than 7 days before cohort start: No refund will be issued. You may transfer your enrolment to a future cohort, subject to availability, upon request made before the original cohort begins.
• After a cohort has started: We are unable to offer refunds or transfers for withdrawal after the first session has taken place.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

If Cendekia cancels a cohort before it begins, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

Courses are delivered online. Session schedules, recorded materials, and the communication platforms used will be communicated to enrolled participants before the cohort starts.

Live sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled participants for the duration of the course, to accommodate schedules that may not allow attendance at every session. Recordings are not available after the course period ends unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, scheduling, or delivery format where necessary to maintain quality. Where significant changes are made, we will notify enrolled participants as early as possible.

All course materials, including slides, notes, exercises, recorded sessions, and written content, are the intellectual property of Cendekia unless otherwise stated. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own learning during and for a reasonable period after the course.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or publish course materials — in whole or in part — without our prior written consent. This includes sharing materials on social media, uploading to third-party platforms, or distributing within organisations.

You retain ownership of any work you produce as part of course assessments, though you grant us permission to use anonymised excerpts for illustrative or quality-review purposes.

You agree to engage respectfully in all course-related interactions, including live sessions, office hours, and any discussion spaces. Behaviour that disrupts the learning environment or is harmful to other participants may result in removal from a cohort without refund.

You may not share your login credentials or course access links with others. Enrolment is per individual.

Our courses are educational in nature. While we aim to provide accurate, current, and practically relevant content, we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes, employment results, or the applicability of course material to any particular professional situation.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Cendekia's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any course shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant course.

We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical outages affecting third-party platforms, force majeure events, or the decisions you make based on course content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For enrolled participants, we will provide notice of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
